Reserved Parking is Expanding October 13
Since launching in March 2024, Reserved Parking in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) garage has allowed travelers to reserve and pay for their parking in advance and guarantees stall availability in a dedicated reservation-only area in the garage — regardless of occupancy or travel seasonality.
Due to increasing demand, Reserved Parking is expanding to half of Level 5 (Rows N-W only) in the SEA Airport garage on October 13. Expansion adds 641 stalls to Reserved Parking and increases overall stall availability by more than 50%, allowing more travelers to reserve their parking in advance, especially during peak travel periods.
Stall availability in Reserved Parking will continue to be on a first-come, first-serve basis. While a reservation guarantees entry to the Reserved Parking area, it does not reserve a particular stall or level, so customers will retain flexibility to park in any open stall of their choice on either level.
Level 4 will remain exclusively for Reserved Parking reservations; if Level 4 is at capacity upon arrival, follow signage up to the Reserved Parking area on Level 5, accessible by dedicated ramps at the south end of Level 4. To exit Reserved Parking on either level, follow signs to the exit ramp near Row S.
Drive-up parking (General Parking) is still available on Levels 1-3 and 6-8 (all rows), and Level 5 (Rows A-M).

What is the cost of Reserved Parking? Does the cost differ by level? Reserved Parking is $47/day all-inclusive with a minimum 2-day (25-hour) stay; the cost is the same for Levels 4 and 5.
I have an upcoming parking reservation, how does this change affect me? Your reservation will remain the same when these changes take effect, no action is needed. If your reservation entry date is October 13 or after, you may park in any open stall in Reserved Parking on Levels 4 or 5.
Am I assigned a specific level or stall when I reserve my parking? No, you are not assigned a specific level or stall number. You may park in any open stall in the Reserved Parking area on Levels 4 and 5.
How do I get to the Reserved Parking area on Level 5? When you get to the SEA Airport garage, enter the lane with the white Reserved Parking sign. Continue up the ramp to Level 4 and scan your QR code to enter Reserved Parking. From there, you may park in any open stall on Level 4 or follow the ‘More Reserved Parking’ drive-lane signage up to Level 5. Level 5 is accessible by dedicated ramps at the south end of Level 4.
Do I need to drive through General Parking to reach Reserved Parking on Level 5? No, you must enter Reserved Parking on Level 4. After scanning your QR code to enter, follow the ‘More Reserved Parking’ drive-lane signage up to Level 5. Level 5 is accessible by dedicated ramps at the south end of Level 4.
What if I only want to park on Level 4 with my reservation? Your reservation guarantees space will be available in the dedicated Reserved Parking area in the garage on Levels 4 and 5 (Rows N-W only); however, it does not guarantee a specific level or stall. No refunds will be provided if you are unable to park in your preferred level or stall location, as noted in our Terms and Conditions. If you can’t find an open Reserved Parking stall on Level 4, you must proceed to Level 5.
Where are ADA stalls located in Reserved Parking and General Parking? 76 ADA stalls are available in Reserved Parking; 35 stalls are located on Level 4 near each elevator, plus an additional 41 stalls located on Level 5 near the yellow and green elevators. Individual ADA stalls are not reservable, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
