1. Introduction
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions that apply when making a reservation using the Port of Seattle / Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (“Port”) ReserveSEA E-commerce Website/Online Reservation System (“ORS”) to pre-purchase airport parking in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Parking Garage (“Airport Garage”), lounge passes in Port-owned lounges (“Lounge”) or any other available ancillary product(s). By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these Online Reservation System Terms and Conditions, referred to hereafter as “ORS Terms & Conditions.”
Please remember that the general Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions applicable to the Port of Seattle website still apply. In case of conflict these ORS Terms & Conditions will control with respect to use of the ORS.
2. Online Reservation System
The Port provides an ORS by which you may pre-purchase airport parking and other available ancillary products (a “reservation”). The Port does not guarantee that the ORS, or that airport parking or any ancillary products in the ORS, will be available at all times. A reservation does not guarantee a specific parking stall in the Airport Garage. You will still be required to find an open parking stall on garage entry.
When you have completed the reservation process and submitted payment using the ORS on the Port’s website at https://reservesea.portseattle.org/book/SEA/Parking, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation and a receipt of payment. Your reservation is not complete until the Reservation Confirmation email is received.
The Port reserves the right to limit the number of reservations per person per day and/or the number airport parking stalls or other ancillary products available for reservation per day via the ORS.
The Port may offer ancillary products available for purchase at the time of reservation. Ancillary products may only be added to a reservation in conjunction with airport parking and may not be purchased separately.
3. Reservation Purchase Price and Payment
All reservations must be made a minimum of six (6) hours in advance of entry to the Airport Garage. The purchase price quoted by the ORS is applicable only when you complete your reservation. Until a reservation is completed, quoted prices for airport parking or any other ancillary product may vary based on time of reservation and product availability. Any modification to a reservation may result in different availability or quoted price for airport parking or any other ancillary product based on time of reservation and product availability. When you provide your credit/debit card details to complete your online reservation, you are authorizing the Port to charge your credit/debit card for the amount of the quoted purchase price.
All reservations require a minimum duration of stay of two (2) days. You may stay less than the minimum duration but will still be charged for a two-day stay.
Airport Parking
The purchase price quoted by the ORS for airport parking is based on a 24-hour period starting from your reservation entry date/time in the Airport Garage. The quoted purchase price will automatically round to the 24-hour period on the last day of your parking stay (based on your reservation entry date/time).
Airport parking purchased through the ORS includes a one-hour grace period before your reservation entry time in the Airport garage. If you enter more than one-hour earlier than your reservation entry date/time, you will be charged at exit for any early entry period at the Port’s current posted public parking rates in the Airport Garage.
Ancillary Products / Lounge Passes
The purchase price quoted by the ORS for lounge passes is based on a three-hour period starting one-hour after your reservation entry date/time in the Airport garage.
Lounge passes purchased through the ORS are only valid for entry on the entry date associated with your parking in the Airport Garage, and only for the specific lounge purchased.
Discounts and Promotions
The Port may offer discounted or promotional rates for use in the ORS. All such discounts and promotions are subject to availability. The Port reserves the right to modify promotion code usage restrictions, or to vary, amend or cancel promotional offers at any time. Discounted and/or promotional parking rates are only applicable for reservations made during the times the promotion is valid and will not be applied retroactively to reservations that have already been made in the ORS.
The Port will choose which discounts and promotions it makes available in the ORS; this may include some that are exclusive to the ORS.
4. Reservation Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds
Your ability to make a reservation modification, cancellation and/or receive a refund may vary depending on the type of reservation or product purchased in the ORS. You may modify your reservation up to 6 hours before your reserved entry date and time. You may make a modification and/or cancellation to your reservation by clicking “Manage My Reservation” within the ORS and selecting the relevant option/s.
When modifying a reservation, if the purchase price associated with the new reservation period differs from the original reservation, your original reservation will be cancelled, and the purchase price refunded to your card. You will receive a cancellation email for the original reservation. A new reservation will be created for the modification, and your card charged for the purchase price of the new reservation. You will receive a reservation confirmation email with the new reservation details.
You may cancel your reservation at any time up to six (6) hours before the reserved entry date/time without penalty and receive a full refund. Cancelling a reservation for parking will also include the cancellation of any ancillary products purchased. You will receive a reservation cancellation email for the canceled reservation.
You agree to be charged a $25 cancellation fee for a reservation cancellation made less than six (6) hours before the reserved entry date/time. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the value of your reservation prior to a refund being issued by the Port.
You may cancel your reservation after the reservation period has started (after reservation entry date/time), however, your reservation will not be eligible for any refund. The full value of the reservation will be retained by the Port.
You will not be refunded for any duration of stay less than your reservation period.
In the unlikely event that the Port cannot locate a stall for your vehicle in the Airport Garage, the Port will issue a full refund of your reservation without penalty.
5. Entering the Airport Garage with a Reservation
You must enter the Airport Garage via the Reserved Parking entry lane on the ground level (under the white sign). Proceed up the helix to the dedicated Reserved Parking floor (Floor 4) and scan the QR code included your reservation confirmation email at the Reserved Parking entry lane kiosk for the gate/barrier to lift and allow vehicle entry into Reserved Parking. You must press the CUSTOMER SERVICE/HELP button on the entry lane kiosk for assistance if your QR code does not lift the entry gate. The entry lane kiosk may refer to the QR code as a "permit" in its audio and/or visual prompts.
If you are issued a ticket at a Reserved Parking entry lane kiosk, you agree to pay for your parking upon exit at the posted drive-up rates.
Reservations are only valid in Reserved Parking. If you enter the garage via General Parking instead of Reserved Parking, your reservation payment is not applicable, and you agree to pay for your parking upon exit at the posted drive-up rates.
Please ensure that you save the QR code associated with your reservation as it must be scanned again at an exit lane kiosk or staffed cashier exit lane to exit the Airport Garage.
The height limit for vehicles entering the Airport Garage is 6’10.” Vehicles over this height cannot enter the parking garage and must park in the over-height area.
6. Parking in the Airport Garage with a Reservation
Reservations are only valid in Reserved Parking (Floor 4). If you park in General Parking (on a floor other than Floor 4) your reservation payment is not applicable, and you agree to pay for your parking upon exit at the posted drive-up rates.
You must park in a physical stall in the Airport garage. Any vehicle not parked in a physical stall (ex. fire lane, end cap, restricted area) may be subject to tow.
7. Exiting the Airport Garage with a Reservation
You may exit the Airport Garage through any open exit lane. You must scan the same QR code in your reservation at the exit lane kiosk for the gate/barrier to lift and allow vehicle exit. The exit lane kiosk may refer to the QR code as a "permit" in its audio and/or visual prompts.
Airport Garage parking fees are calculated from the entry date/time associated with your reservation and not when you scan your QR code at garage entry.
The rate associated with your reservation is not transferable to any additional duration of stay exceeding the original value/pre-purchased time of your reservation (i.e., early entry or late exit).
If you exceed the pre-purchased time associated with your reservation, an overstay charge will apply. You will be required to pay any overstay charge at the posted parking rates at time of garage exit per our terms and conditions.
Multiple reservations may not be applied to the same parking stay. You cannot create a supplementary reservation for time stayed in the garage exceeding the original reservation’s pre-purchased time. Only one reservation can be applied to a parking stay.
8. Reservations with Ancillary Airport Products
The ORS may offer ancillary products available for purchase at the time of reservation. Ancillary products may only be added to your reservation in conjunction with the purchase of airport parking.
Port Lounges are located on Concourse A and Concourse S. Lounge passes must be purchased for each guest entering a Port Lounge over the age of two (2). Lounge passes purchased through the ORS are only valid for entry on the entry date associated with your pre-purchased parking in the Airport Garage, and only for the specific lounge purchased.
Lounge benefits and facilities may differ by location. Neither the lounge staff nor the Port are liable for matters arising from the provision or non-provision, whether in the whole or in part, of any of the advertised benefits and facilities. Lounge guests must comply with the lounge provider Conditions of Use. Guests found in non-compliance of these conditions may be denied access.
9. Reservations and Airport Garage/Lounge Capacity
In the unlikely event that the Airport Garage is unavailable or at maximum capacity and the Port cannot provide a stall for your vehicle in your purchased product, the Port will issue a full refund of your reservation without penalty.
In the unlikely event that a Lounge is unavailable or at maximum capacity and the Port cannot provide guest entry for lounge passes purchased in conjunction with your reservation, the Port will issue a full refund of your Lounge charges.
10. No Resale of Reservation / Commercial Use
A reservation is not permitted to be sold, rented, transferred, conveyed, or made available in any other way to third parties, whether on its own or bundled with other products or services without the Port’s expressed written consent. If you do so, this will result in the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. A reservation is not to be used for commercial purposes at any time.
11. Privacy
To process a reservation, the Port will collect and store personal information including your name, address, phone number, email, and vehicle license plate. Your use of the Port ORS indicates your consent for the Port to collect and store such information.
The Port is subject to the public records requirements of the State of Washington and may be required to release information it holds about you, if requested, unless there is an exemption that applies and allows the Port to refuse to release that information. The Port will use commercially reasonable technology and security policies, rules, and measures to protect your personal information that the Port has received from you from unauthorized access and improper use. The Port will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Port and hold it harmless, from and against any and all losses, cost, expenses, damages, or liability relating to, arising from or as a result of your use of the ORS.
13. Limitation of Liability
In addition to any limitations or exclusions within the Port’s Terms & Conditions of entry to the Airport Garage and otherwise to the extent permitted by law, the Port’s total liability to you will be limited to a refund of the purchase price of the reservation. The Port accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for loss or damage to vehicles, accessories, or the contents of a vehicle, caused by theft, vandalism, collision, weather, fire, water, act of god, or any other cause whatsoever.
14. Safety and Security
You must:
(a)Comply with all laws and all other requirements relating to safety and security;
(b)Comply with all parking signs, no parking zones and directions issued to you by the Port;
(c)Drive carefully and responsibly in all Port facilities;
(d)Not cause any obstructions, including parking across or occupying more than one parking stall;
(e)Not park in a designated ADA parking stall without displaying a current ADA license plate or permit;
(f)Not park in a designated electric vehicle (EV) parking stall if your vehicle is not an EV;
(g)Obey all directional and safety signs; and
(h)Park only in designated public parking stalls and not park in any area which is not designated as public parking.
The Port may issue citations for violations of Ordinances or other applicable laws, rules, regulations for any parked vehicles within the Airport Garage. Any vehicle not parked in a physical stall (ex. fire lane, end cap, restricted area) may be subject to tow.
The Port, our agents or its representatives may enter, move or tow away your vehicle for operational, safety or security reasons.
15. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Port reserves the right to change these ORS Terms & Conditions at any time. Please ensure that you check the ORS Terms & Conditions posted on the website at the time of reservation and/or prior to entering the Airport Garage.
